Okay, so the pics have been in for quite a while now ... just haven't gotten around to linking to them!
We didn't join any tournaments, just did a lot of shopping! But you can check out some of the action we saw at photobucket: http://s247.photobucket.com/albums/gg142/Intergalactic_photos/CANCON%202011/
You might even see some awesome desert spires (see jungle-looking photo) custom-made by Christian!
Enjoy!

Froggie friends
Hello!
It's been a while since I've posted, so here are some pics from the Battle of Frogonia project I'm undertaking with Christian.
Just painted these guys tonight - couple of hours of good fun!
Hope to post some more BloodBowl progress soon too!

Based!
Progress at last! I have actually started basing my BloodBowl team!
The froglets have also seen some base action, yay! Okay, so not a terribly exciting progress pic, but tonight I based more minis than I have in the last year!

Pom-pom Party!
How cool is it that cheerleaders give you cool mods?
How not cool is it that most female minis are scantilty (if not indecently) clad? (And they wonder why there aren't many girls into the hobby :-P )
This is my first attempt at sculpting (and it's still a work in progress). I wanted their tops to be somewhat more tasteful; still needs some more shaping and smoothing:
Trying to maintain the body shape of the mini, while providing some cover up and showing the character's movement in the clothing.
Any tips?
Btw, don't forget to check out the battle between King Ribbidibit and his nemesis, Captain Pondscum at http://battle-of-frogonia.blogspot.com/
